  5.   - loads the current Performance
  6.     from  the 1080 or XP-50

  8. * Performance Bank
  9.   - loads all 32 Performances from 
  10.     the internal RAM Bank

  13. * Match the JV-1080 Unit number
  14.   to the "Comm Ch" in the driver list
  15.   - press the System button
  16.   - press the DOWN button
  17.   - until SYS-EXC page is displayed
  18.   - Ensure Unit# matches the Comm Ch
  19.   - Ensure Rx.Exc is ON
  20.  
  21. * Match the XP-50 Unit number
  22.   to the "Comm Ch" in the driver list
  23.   - press the SYSTEM button
  24.   - press the MIDI button (Button 4)
  25.   - press the UP or DOWN arrows
  26.   - until "Unit #" is displayed
  27.   - Ensure Unit# matches the Comm Ch
  28.   - Ensure Rx.Exc is ON

  30. * Note: the JV-1080 and XP-50 do not
  31.   provide SysX codes to load the ROM
  32.   banks into the computer. Patches
  33.   must be loaded singly.

  35. * Note: the XP-50 can not tranmit its
  36.   sequence data via a SysX dump. This
  37.   data must be saved to disk.
